Spinning

Loyal Textile Mills Ltd has three spinning mills located at Kovilpati, Sattur and Arasanur, having around 1,35,000 ring spindles and 3840 rotors, which belong to global brands like Rieter, Truetschler, Marzoli, Electrojet, Lakshmi, Toyota, Schlafhorst, Savio and Murata. Besides this, the spinning divisions of Loyal Group use advanced testing instruments of USTER and PREMIER make.

It extensively uses imported cotton from Egypt, Supima from US, Pima from Israel and also organic cotton. The annual production is more than 14,000 tons, which include the following:

• Ring Spun: 100% cotton, poly-cotton and linen blends
• Open End: 100% Cotton
• Poly-Cotton yarn Fibre
• Dyed Ring Spun & Open End yarns
• Specialty yarns such as Slub in combed and carded
• Melange Yarn
• Organic Cotton Yarn
• Carbon Yarn
• Kermal Blended Yarn

The division has 5 spinning blocks with over 60,400 spindles and 3500 open-end rotors including Autocoro with Corolab.

UNIT A
The unit has 23 long frames of 912 spindles each. Total number of spindles are 20967, out of which 5472 are compact. It produces 100% combed counts from medium to superfine quality. While the count range varies from 60s to 150s, the average count is 70s. Production per day is around 3000 kg.

UNIT B
Total spindlage is 24864. Eighteen LG ring frames converted with Suessen elite compact of 1008 spindles each and 7 ring frames of Suessen Fiomax. Elite compact of 960 spindles each. It produces 100% combed compact yarn with the count range between 40s to 120s, while the average count is 70s. The unit provides output of 5000 kg per day.

UNIT C
This unit has total number of 10704 spindles of which 5280 spindles are compact. Count range is 60s to 100s. Production per day is 1800 kg.

UNIT E
Specialized unit for production of Melange yarn, it has 2736 spindles. Average count is 30s and production per day is 1300 kg.

UNIT F
The unit produces special yarns like kermal, carbon yarn, dyed fibres etc. It has 2600 spindles and has a capacity of 2000 kgs of yarn per day.

OE DIVISION:
This division has 7 Rieter OE machines of 240 rotors each. Count range is 6s to 20s. Production per day is around 15000 kgs.

UNIT A
The unit has 25824 spindles and produces mainly knitting counts. Average count is 30s and production per day is around 10000 kg. (Cotton and Organic)

UNIT B
The specialized unit produces polyester cotton blended yarns mainly for knitting. It has 2672 spindles with production capacity of 5000 kg.

UNIT C
The unit has 22800 spindles and advanced machineries like doffers and link coners etc. Production per day is around 10000 kg with the count range between 30s to 40s.

TFO AND GASSING DIVISON:
The gassing division has around 45 TFOs and two gassing machines. Count range is 2/40s to 2/160s.

This division has 11760 spindles and produces carded counts in the range of 10s to 20s. It can produce fancy yarns like slub, multi count and multi twist. Production per day is 7000 kg.

The division has 5 Rieter Open end machines of 360 rotors each. It can produce around 10000 kg of yarn in the count range between16s to 20s.
